Live Stage Theatre Managers Must Understand the Creative Minds of the Actors

We all know that actors, artists, painters, sculptures and musicians are indeed a little different. Okay a lot different. For those who work with such creative individuals it is important to know how they think. Live stage Theatre Managers must understand the Creative Mind of the Actors and performers in order to facilitate a perfect show.

Not long ago, I met a Theatre Manager from a very well known group, who had previously been involved in Television in Los Angeles before moving into theatre. Well, I certainly hope all is well with his hard work and I wanted to say thank you for the chat, although it is doubtful we will ever meet again. And wanted to give him the name of the Creativity Book I mentioned, but since I can t let me give it to you instead
