Getting The Most Out The Number One Classic Text In The World

Hermeneutics. The science of interpretation. Too fancy for words. The Bible book of all books. Number one on the best seller list. Never listed never second, so others are given the chance to be number one.

The Bible is often the book used to teach people in the third world, or developing nations how to speak English.

The Bible: full of many quotations, yet much more than that. Whether quotation, parable, miracle, story, history, genealogy, didactic or prophecy. Lots of terms, styles, are used in the Bible.

Free or ridiculously low cost distribution, yet many still don t own one. More than that, those who have one fail in understanding it.

The Bible is a book written spanning a period of questionably four thousand years, by forty different authors, and yet there is purpose, unity, as well as inspiration behind it all. Sixty-six books, eleven hundred and eighty-nine chapters. So big, yet I think so small. So compact are some terms like “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” In fact, the J. P. Meyer reading of the book written on that verse from Proverbs takes forty-five minutes and is profound in the understanding of the classic text written by James Allen over one hundred years ago.
